TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION FEES
Advanced bookings accepted with a £5 per person per night deposit.
If guests are forced to cancel for any reason we will endeavour to
re-let the room / rooms. If this is not possible the 50% of the
total booking fee would be due, less any deposit paid. If guests do
not arrive and do not advise us of a cancellation then the full cost
of the booking would be due.
PAYMENT
Payment accepted in Cash (UK Sterling) or Cheques (UK residents) on
production of a cheque guarantee card.
Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome, however, we respectfully request that they are
not allowed to wander around the premises unaccompanied
MEALS
A full Devon breakfast is served between 8.00 am and 9.30 am.
A three course set menu evening meal is served at 7.00 pm
Evening meal is an optional extra and should be arranged at least 24
hours in advance if possible. We will endeavour to cater for special
diets eg vegetarian if advised on booking.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Having low doorways and steps the cottage is not suitable for
wheelchair access. Please telephone us to discuss any special
requirements.
KEY
A room key is available but a fee of £5.00 will be charged for any lost keys |
DEPARTURES
We would ask guests to please vacate their room / rooms by 11.00 am on day of departure
DAMAGES
Any damage or breakage caused by guests are to be paid in full
SMOKING
We operate a strictly NO SMOKING policy anywhere on the premises
